"Nice, clean room, enjoyed the free breakfast with lots of options, wish we could've enjoyed the fire pit and smores but due to the rain we could not do but that's no fault of the hotel, would stay here again!"

"Very nice place a room. We were disappointed that both restaurants at the place were closed. Had to drive to another small town as there was nothing in this remote area within 10 miles. The recommended nearby deli that was recommended by staff had closed early on a Tuesday afternoon @4pm."

"The Lincoln Inn was in a great area outside of Woodstock. The grounds are beautiful, and a covered bridge is only a short walk from the property. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. "

"Very healthy, delicious breafast ingredients. Beautifully arranged food. Loved the complimentary cookies! Cosy and beautifully decorated breakfast area and common area. Wonderful view of the river. Kaelan and Blessing are warm, friendly and eager to please hosts. They gave us great tips on what to see and do. I highly recommend staying with them. Bellows Falls has a lot of great shops, restaurants, and a vibrant art community. The river and canal are scenic so bring your camera. "

"This is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable. The only thing I thought a bit lacking was a table. I used the ironing board as a dining table which worked...

"We stayed here for fourth anniversary. The property was beautiful. It was a little after peak on the leaves so we didn't get a lot of color. They had a festival going on our second day. It was nice. The room was a little weird. We paid for a studio which had a full kitchen which was nice but it was a Murphy bed which was a little weird. We had a very nice balcony but there wasn't a single USB port in the entire room. Took a little effort to get extra pillows and blankets even though the hotel...
