"Booked on Expedia, a room for 4. There was a $20 charge for an extra guest. The hotel said it was Expedia and vice versa. Expedia returned the money as rewards cash. Holiday Inn dud nothing. Got to our room. There door was open with a maintenance cart outside. No one in the room. My son needed to use the restroom after a 4 hour drive. Went in the bathroom and the toilet was in the bathtub. Went back to front desk. I don't know how they weren't aware the room was unusable. Were given a...
