"Clean room, friendly staff convenient parking. The only issue was the tub drain did not work adequately which was a bummer but overall very nice place to stay convenient and walkable movie theater right down the street as well as many eateries. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

"Worst place in existence and somehow they overcharge for a room. For the love of God do not stay here. Pay to go anywhere else, please just trust me. I got sick from a black moldy room, they couldn’t switch me out of. Bugs everywhere, the sink was backed up with water. It was disgusting and $200 for a night!!! Do not give them business this place needs to be shut down. They ignored my messages and requests and stole my money too."

"This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood is great, but the hotel is a repurposed apartment building and rooms have multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, W/D, balcony. AMAZING. Clean, sleek, updated, perfect. I wish there was one of these in every city in the world."

"The bathroom door didn't shut all the way and there was a hole in the ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to be"

"Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. My son loved the pool and hot tub…it gave resort vibes. Ordered food at Bar Louie, the restaurant in the lobby. Food was great, however the service was slow. We would stay here again the next time we’re in Chicago."
