"Excellent stay, one of the best Marriott hotel we’ve stayed in… bed are comfortable, everything works, and rooms and hallways are clean. Excellent restaurant in the lobby, chairs and coach lounge are not great but ambiance is good. The waitress forgot our appetizer but took it off our bill so that was fine although somewhat disappointing. Shuttle to the airport 24 hrs. Is very helpful. Overall great hotel We will certainly stay again."

"Room air conditioner did not work, lady at the front was not very friendly-seemed bothered when we requested another room. Second room air conditioning was good, however-this room didn’t have a fridge(need to store my medications). Then we asked about that and were told up charge, we said ok, never received it…"

"One of the ice machines was out of order. The sink was clogged an filled up quickly and drained slowly. Why no fan in the shower / toilet room? The ac worked well. Only one employee available the entire time we were there from the time we checked in at about 4:30pm until we departed the next morningat 9am. Key cards needed to be reformatted numerous times. Breakfast was non existing. No warm or hot food with the exception of what fit in the toaster. Coffee looked like tea. Total...

"So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

"Staff was great! Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The game room was closed and that was not disclosed. The pool is not conveniently located to rooms and is freezing."

"Air conditioner didn't work the best and the pool wasn't unlocked at 9am when I went down to take a swim. Not very soundproof so bring earplugs. The breakfast had no protein options other than the sausage in the gravy. Halls smelled funny. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable."

"We got a junior suite which was located in the Clayton building. It was clean and comfortable. Not extravagant, but nice. We did open the couch bed for my kids and the cover was dirty and there were no blankets or pillows. The front desk had someone to our room within about 20 minutes to put a brand new mattress cover on and give us blankets, and the housekeeper was very sweet. I wish the room had a microwave; we had two fridges with a wet bar, but no microwave. The gym was pretty big and nice...
