"The facility was great. Clean and comforting. Felt safe there. The staff could use some training. No eye contact when entering lobby. No excitement about their job. No customer service skills. All in all it was a good stay."

"Check in was easy. We were put in the back group of rooms on the bottom floor & by ourselves there. Love parking right in front of our room. Very quiet & clean. We had a non smoking king room. There’s no breakfast, but there’s locations close by. Peters Pancake house is about .4 of a mile .. other food options in walking distance. We had a great stay & great nights sleep. Close to many areas of interest & sights. "

"The check in process took forever. The lady at the front was friendly but new and had no idea what she was doing. While standing there and she was calling for help i watched german roaches climb on the desk through her folder holder. Once we got to our room it was ok. Cleanish...shower was gross. Ashtray out on back porch was full of used cigarettes and the seats were very worn in. Will not stay here again. "

"The area is great if you are staying around Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, etc. The room was definitely worth what I paid for it, but when I stayed, the pool, hot tub, and elevator were out. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, but not much was done with a smile. I would stay here again, but it would have been nice to use the pool and/or hot tub. "
