"The panoramic view was the best part of the stay for me. The staff were always ready to help, friendly, informative and professional. The location was just right, with the NY Waterway stop right outside of the hotel entrance. Driving to the Lincol tunnel was also very easy, a short drive into NYC, with the tunnel entrance very nearby. I will definitely return for future stays after this experience."

"This hotel is a must stay gem close to all the happenings in midtown, but on quieter, charming street! We received an upgrade to a king suite and it was absolutely phenomenal! Two bedrooms and a private balcony - completely unexpected and so special for a birthday trip! The staff is super friendly, entrance is private and intimate, with very friendly staff! Easy breakfast at the quaint restaurant next door. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! Thank you!"

"Honestly there's so many hotels in the area but I'm very happy I chose this one! For starters the staff was so polite and helpful. Very clean and beautiful. Even got the option to check in way before the 3pm time slot. The coffee is grounds so cup and is AMAZING, fresh ice water and coffee bar open at all times, very good sound proofing. Overall, it was an amazing hotel. Even the breakfast selection was great to me. If I were to travel to Jersey again, I'd chose this hotel all over again!"

"We booked and paid extra for a room with a view but there wasn’t much to see from the floor we were on and the side we faced. Also beware they hold $300 deposit for incidentals and such when you check in, this was never refunded after calling the hotel and waiting 10 business day, had to dispute with credit card. In addition, grout in bathroom floor was filthy and stained, not properly cleaned or maintained. Finally skip the breakfast, food was decent but folks working there are unfriendly."

"We rented 2 rooms. I have 2 young adult children and a 10 and 8 year old. It was our 1st time to New Jersey/NYC and we rode the bus/train into NYC everyday. The hotel was very clean, and looked like they were doing remodeling to upgrade. The breakfast was pretty good. The day staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. "Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come...

"The hotel staff was GREAT! They were very attentive and any time we needed anything for our room they brought up very quickly. Location is great because bus stop is right next to hotel and that’s an easy way to get to the city. The room was big and had lots of space for 6 people. Breakfast was good as well. Overall great stay!"
