"The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...

"Great place to stay. Stayed for 3 days. Great breakfast for the most part, they restocked as soon as they were out of items. Pool was warm and my son enjoyed it. Housekeeping did a great job stocking the towels and taking the trash. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only small complaint was the ac in our room was set to 68 and it felt humid in there for the most part. But all around a good experience."

"Overall we had a nice stay. The room was clean, breakfast was good, although there were not very many choices. We didn't use the pool but it was clean and looked nice! Only 2 issues arose during our stay. 1) We stayed in a nonsmoking room and building, but the hallway REEKED of marijuana. The smell somehow got into our bathroom as well. 2) We paid a cash deposit that's to be refunded on checkout day, please be aware that if you do this, you cannot get it back until after 9am.
