"Amazing hotel if you want easy access to Amsterdam and surrounding area as the train station is next to hotel. Will 100% stay here again when I visit."

"A disappointing stay. There were large amounts of dust on top of the beds, and the shower drain was clogged. When I reported the issue to reception, I was informed that the drain could not be fixed until the following morning. As no alternative solution was offered, I was forced to clear the drain myself. The cause of the blockage was a large ball of hair, which should have been noticed and removed during routine cleaning."
