"They did not automatically refund my and other family members room deposit. Only i noticed that it was not refunded to my bank account i would of never received it. Imagine all the people who did not notice that they never received the room deposit refund. I bet the hotel makes a lot of money by doing this. I did not receive my money until many weeks after my holiday after I had to contact the hotel. Very frustrating and concerning for other travellers."

"Hotel Wawel is conveniently located in the old town and couple of minutes walk to the main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome in July and the rooms were very quiet. We used the free coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor which was a nice touch and there was a wide choice of food to choose from at breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and booked our table at The Black Duck and organised our taxi transfers back to the airport. My...
