"We went to breakfast at 8 am and it was almost vare of food. No bread for toast or bagels left. After awhile a staff member brought bananas. Very poor."

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."

"Plenty of parking spaces and our room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Be advised though there is no maid service for your room unless you stay longer than 3 days and you will need to ask front desk for clean towels or other needed items. When we checked in we weren't told this and finally went to front desk after 2 days of no clean towels and were told this policy. Also, due to several large groups staying there at same time as us they ran out of a lot of breakfast items like yogurt,...

"Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns..."

"Pool was green and smelled like urine, TV didn’t work, pullout couch a had a giant feces stain, and room smells like a wet dog mixed with urine. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Asked to switch rooms and they said they were booked and handed me a deodorizer."

"Fridge barely worked, hole in chair, no trash bags. Just felt like I could have had a nicer hotel for the rate for the room. Almost $300 for one night. USB plug in’s did not work on one side of bed and forget using streaming apps in that room as well. We were put on the 8th floor and walked forever as well which I felt wasn’t needed as it wasn’t packed. Just too much if you’re not spending your time at the casino. Only positive was the shuttle for our concert. Next time I’ll stay close and uber...
