There wasn’t much an apology from the manager but her frustration towards the other tenants who made the mistake and her cleaners who probably left apartment A unlocked. The manager couldn’t reach her cleaners so she asked the tenants who made the mistake to rectify their mistakes by changing the linen. "This is the second time we have stayed at Bancroft apartments. We love it. Great location, with the best view. It's got everything you need, except WIFI. It's clean and comfortable; my only criticism is some of the cooking equipment needs to be updated eg, the fry pan."
