Haven By The Sea B&B Inn
No breakfast. Not a soul there. No glasses in the room. Had to get a plastic glass no coffee at 8 am. Had to make my own. Never saw a soul. I left $5 for a toothbrush

Hampton Inn & Suites Portsmouth Downtown
Very nice hotel walkable to many great restaurants and core downtown area. Parking is $45 a night. Breakfast is good but was not replenished- got there an hour before closing and no yogurts, muffins etc. They did refill milk and hot water upon request. Not a huge issue though.
