"Location was great for exploring downtown. The rooms are small and get the job done for sleeping. Guest open spaces are plentiful, or at least during my stay I didn't feel crowded using the lounge and work space. "

"The entire experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. Entire staff is pleasant and helpful, restaurant and lobby bar are great, and lobby and rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Only small complaint is the expensive drink prices, but everything else more than makes up for it."

There is a cool gold carved door chained closed sadly on what would bring you into the beautiful grand dining room and possibly a path to check in desk. "This is always our fav spot to stay at. The hotel is great, staff awesome. It is in the perfect location for everything you do and in walking distance to downtown Burbank and the malls. You'll always need to rent a car when in and around LA/Burbank but the best spot. If you need a place to book do it. They serve a good breakfast and you are also close to the best breakfast place anywhere in Charlie and Friends. Book you stay at the Residence Inn, you'll enjoy it. "
