"Friendly hard working people that recently took over the place and are currently working to get it all in order and ready to be fully functional. Was a good value for the price I paid. Couple things I could add are that the water in the shower was warm at best, not hot by any means. Also I slipped and came close to falling because there is no mat in the shower to keep you from slipping."
