The room/bathroom was clean and the bed and linens quality and comfortable. Two negatives would be it’s not a typical bed and breakfast - more like a bed & snack. Breakfast for our 2 night stay consisted of 2 blueberry muffins, peach yogurt, small packs of peanut butter and orange juice which was in the room when we arrived Friday afternoon. The juice, yogurt and peanut butter was expired, so my guess is they hadn’t been recently placed or checked. My husband said the muffins were very good.
The house is beautiful with all the stained glass windows but it’s obvious the primary focus is the spa. There is only one common area that I believe is more of a reception area for the spa which has seating for maybe 4 people.
Our suite was #4 which was fine for sleeping - not so much for hanging out. My husband and I looked and felt a little like cabbage patch dolls in a room meant for Barbie’s.
This is a perfect place for someone looking to make use of the spa facilities.
