Hotel Best Western di Wellsville

"Lost power couple hours after my check in. Over 90 degrees with no A/C. I have to moved to another hotel. I still paid for it."

"The lady at the desk was very nice. We went to our first room and it was less than ideal. The wife was with me and the bathroom/sink/hallway lights did not work for her to tidy up and do makeup. The shower floor was very gross and there was mold on the caulking. The sheets had a big orangish stain on them. I went down and asked for another room (The only one left, Carlisle Chrysler Nationals). Went to the new room, most lights worked, shower floor was still gross, less mold and a smaller stain...

"The staff was nice although they were understaffed the front desk person seemed to do everything . We were only there because we lost our electricity. They ate very outdated but are under construction so that will probably change eventually. Pretty nice breakfast waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs ,sausage , cereal , oatmeal , danish , ok, apple juice , tea ,coffee, but they did run out of French vanilla creamer 😖. Pool was very generic with white plastic chairs 😳 the towels were pretty horrible...
