"We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with charming vintage pieces that gave the space a unique, historical feel. The staff speaks perfect English, making communication effortless, and they were helpful throughout our visit. A major highlight was the spa, which is absolutely amazing and well worth the time. While the variety of food in the restaurant is a bit limited, everything we ordered tasted incredible. Quality definitely wins over quantity here!...

"Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here."

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist.
