"I am giving a 5 star simply because of the hotel staff. Everyone is genuinely nice from the security guards to concierge to front desk, they seem to live their job and love working with the company. I believe it was Ron who helped us checked in and that was the fastest and smoothest check in, in all my travels. The hotel is a good walk to MOA and the 7/11 right at the corner was really neat. For all of our 4 nights stay, there were always police officers posting right at the entrance of the hotel and it gave us sense of security. I'd definitely be back as the room is fairly price."

"The hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Design though is not bad. They should improve soundproofing of their rooms. We can hear every thing on the hallways, and the rooms are adjacents, so we can hear them talking and laughing. The hotel may have been advertised as a resort, so the locals come over and party for a few days. On our 2nd day a group of families checked in. I was so tired so I was about to take a nap, when the noise started. A kid yelling continuesly like he was on the street. Then the adults meet in the hallway and talk, laugh like they are in a party. So we asked to be transferred to a different room away from our floor. They did, but we were awaken by the adjacent room checking out the adjacent door, and people upstairs dragging something. If you're looking for a place to sleep for a night or two, this hotel may work. If you're looking for a place to rest after a day of work, this may not be the one. The staff however is excellent, each and every one that we had encountered during our stay there made us feel very special. "
