"The elevator was not in service. The TV fell off the wall but we were able to secure it from crashing to the ground."

"Unfortunately our room smelled bad when arrived. Smelled like toilet didn't work. Later in the night we smelled cigarette smoke and woke up to our room smelling like stale cigarettes. Did tell front desk staff and they mentioned talking to manager when they arrived. It is too bad that it was a nice hotel but the smells were horrible"

"You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in. However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything. Other guests arriving at the same time also had not received a code. Upon messaging the company...

"Older historic Radisson tower has an amazing view from the upper floors. The 360 restaurant is a fantastic inhouse spot for a quick drink or one of the fantastic burgers. Not too expensive! Also a perfect spot for photos of the bridge, park and Canal St. areas while rotating around the rooftop tower. Rooms are very adequate and comfy for your stay. Lots of areas of interest within walking distance of the hotel."

"When we checked in and there was no towels but staffs did brought it up quickly and we don’t like pillows they are too flat/soft. That’s all love the design of room."
