"I travel quite a bit for work. Honestly, this was one of the hotels I've stayed at in quite some time. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. The bathroom was also very nice and shower just amazing with easy showcontrols, elegant glass doors, and a hidden drain that worked great. "Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing.
This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area."

"There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit."

"2 firearms went off. Last at 2am. 8 flights to get out. Rough night. First I was put in a handicap king that smelled like wet socks. Someone knew that as there was an air purifier in there. Moved to a room on 8th floor. Beds are lumpy. Sheets itchy. Still the smell but less so. Hotel lobby is nice. Shuttles are nice & ice cold. Shuttle drivers are great!"
