"Good value for the money. Housekeeping was consistent, rooms were a decent size, and the amenities were good. The indoor pool was very helpful given we had some rainy days. My main gripe was the breakfast. It wasn't particularly good, though there were lots of options. The bigger issue was only offering it through 10am, even on weekends. If I'm on vacation, I want to sleep in. It wouldn't hurt to extend breakfast to 11am. That would also potentially help reduce crowds. There was one day we couldn't even get to the hot items because there were so many people."

"Absolutely loved the resort. Very kid friendly with lots of things for them to do. Nice little surprises like popsicles at the pool and Hawaiian leis at lunch. One thing they need to work on is letting people reserve 8 chairs around the pool for the whole day and have them never show up to use them while everyone else were fighting and waiting for chairs to open up. There should be a time limit and if they don’t come within an hour they should be released. We complained on deaf ears. Otherwise it was a great place to stay."
