"Unfortunately, I really wanted to love this hotel. The lobby is absolutely stunning. Everyone working at the reception desk was kind, down-to-earth, and helpful. We had a late flight in so we arrived around 10 PM, and immediately went to Times Square to check it out. When we got back to the room, I noticed that after I had turned the heat on it still stayed at 63°. It was 40° outside, and the heat did not work. My daughter and I froze the first night.
