"The room was so clean. The water was too hot! It's the first time I have ever not been able to use hot water all the way. Shower was great! Bed was comfy and the room was cold and quiet."

"Veronica was at the front desk when we checked in. She is exactly the type of person you want to greet customers! She was genuine, had a great smile, and was warm and caring. Another employee was Lacy (I think that was her name). She was an older woman who was working the breakfast. She was so helpful, and always smiling. We might not stay at this hotel again since this was off our beaten path, but since we take a lot of road trips and I definitely book according to reviews. Major points for me...

"Great stop on a long drive, just off I95 so very convenient. Plenty of well lit parking which was great because we arrived quite late. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and quick to get us checked in (we were exhausted). Very clean, other guests were hanging out in the lobby and it was a very nice atmosphere. Definitely felt safe."

"The dinner buffet was a surprise and just what was needed. Staff were ALL very friendly and helpful. Room was large and spotless. Super hotel experience!"

"The building feels quite outdated-the carpets appear to be from the 1980s and haven't been replaced since. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The hallways have a noticeable moldy smell, which was the most concerning and unpleasant part of my stay."
