"Second floor was noisy, had to sleep with ear plugs. Floors were dirty, linoleum and not swept. Dog hair I assume, covered my socks that night. And we don’t travel with any animals. Bed was clean though."

"Great feont desk service at check in. Room was clean and spacious. The only problem waa the smell of marijuana in the room about 30 minutes after we got in. "

"We did an overnight. Easy to get to, park, check-in. Clean and quiet. The staff was kind. Lots of breakfast choices, including eggs. I would definitely stay again."

"Breakfast choices were so limited and nothing was being refreshed. Coffee was cold. I had to ask someone for yogurt as they were looking at their phone. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower (completely empty). Worst thing was we went down for breakfast at 8:30am and when we went back up to the room to get our stuff and check the keys no longer worked. They had locked us out at 9am! This happened to others as well that I talked to in the halls. I had to run back to the front desk and get the key updated (waste of time and this made me late to leave). When checkout is 11am why would you be locking people out anytime before that?! Every time I talked to a staff member they were on their phones and not paying attention. Very disappointing."

"Robin at the front desk blatanly ignored me for 5-7 min while she was on her phone. She checked us into a dirty room. There was trash, food and crumbs all over the floor...1 towel, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel, the tv didnt work, and upon returning to our room saturday evening our keys didnt work. It was absolutely a nightmare all weekend."
