"Rooms need upgrading. Water hardly flows; extremely rusty; hot water not really hot. Outdoor check-in (in weather). Electric plugs outdated two-prong models and do not accept modern electric plugs"

"My daughter and I had the best stay at this Holiday Inn Express! The room was clean and spacious, and all of the employees were warm and welcoming. "I liked the shower. It was simple but hot and good pressure. For the price, it was clean. Just a tiny uncleaned small pee wetness by the toilet. Bedding was clean. Pillows were not comfortable and were a very cheap kind. Bed was comfortable."

"Stayed on 2nd floor and had a massive water leak from the 3rd floor to my bathroom. Also manager was not professional and helpful at all. Horrible customer service from his end. and i would never stay there again. Many guest complained of several issues, in which they also weren’t happy, Example shorts on light switched, clogged shower and sinks. and many more."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Schaumburg. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. "Overall was decent for one night stay. We used the pool and staff was nice the bit of interaction we had. Parking was under garage. It wasn’t too expensive ($11) but would preferred be included. It did automatically get included during check in. Location was nice as it’s surrounded by shopping center /movie theater."
