"Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. "

"Location great, close to expressway. When you pull up to the property it looks great, when you walk in it looks a bit dated. Room was also dated a bit, it was clean, just looked dated. Ceiling in bathroom above shower had rust and or mold and obviously had been patched before. Absolutely not a terrible place to stay, just not up to date in appearance on the interior in my opinion. And lastly, they have a new invention out there called soft close toilet seats, I'm just saying.."

"This is a flop huose, rooms by week or month. Had I only known, I would not have stayed there but it was too late to change. Expedia misrepresented this place. no hair dryer, holes in wall and bathroom door, rusted metal frame around mirror and light fixture, no carpet, just fake wood vinyl flooring, lobby closed from 5am to 9am, YOU have to take out garbage to dumpster or get charged $50, 'furniture' for aloset all open front (without doors) making it look like a gym locker room with everything...

"Was very noisy, between the constant walking around in the room above us, and from what sounded like laundry machines going at night. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful though. Updated older building."

"We stayed at Arista for a family wedding nearby in Wheaton. Room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom was great. No top sheets on the bed (Euro duvet covers) which I really liked. Our adult kids stayed on the floor above us and had a nice clothes steamer and Dyson hair dryer in their room (ours did not, but still nice hair dryer). Quiet hotel, great coffee shop and bar attached to the lobby. Helpful and polite staff! Great experience and we would stay there again."

"I had an unusual situation where I started choking in the restaurant and staff had full attention to me to make sure I was ok. Also gave extra water to go. As a whole a fantastic hotel, has everything you need. Great restaurant and room service. The room layout is really exceptional and comfortable.
