"Very clean. Staff was helpful"

"The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early. "Nice balcony clean room outdated bathroom but overall good experience"

"The man at the front desk was rude when we checked in. The bathroom by the pool at mold in the soap dispenser. The sprinkler systems were molded and rusted. It was dirty, dingy, with a foul smell! A door knob was held on by painters tape."

Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. "

The price of this place (wouldn’t even consider it a motel let alone hotel) was too expensive for how little care is taken of this property. "Clean, efficient, close to everything!"

"We found bed bugs in our bed! They moved us to another room but we still felt uncomfortable staying there and left early. We were told they have a bug exterminator come once a month, but I have my doubts. When it comes to maintenance, I think they are just cheap. The door in the bathroom was replaced, and it was easy to tell it was not done be a professional. They seem understaffed and trying to get by on the cheap. But the bed bugs were the real reason we would never stay there...

"Usually free breakfast is pretty bad, but this one was quite good. Mini omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit - plenty of choices and good quality. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear a lot of noise in the hotel itself or from the busy traffic outside."
