" Have stayed here before. "Renovation " has been going on for 3 years. Great location, average property, some staff are not helpful. Marriott needs to take it over, get the upgrades done, work with staff to improve attitude"

"Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. "

The price of this place (wouldn’t even consider it a motel let alone hotel) was too expensive for how little care is taken of this property. "We stayed at Arista for a family wedding nearby in Wheaton. Room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom was great. No top sheets on the bed (Euro duvet covers) which I really liked. Our adult kids stayed on the floor above us and had a nice clothes steamer and Dyson hair dryer in their room (ours did not, but still nice hair dryer). Quiet hotel, great coffee shop and bar attached to the lobby. Helpful and polite staff! Great experience and we would stay there again."

The parking sometimes sucked but there was always additional parking in the rear, with rear hotel access with your room key. Nice indoor pool and spa"
