"Rundown, unclean, clearly on the brink of renovation (I hope). From the standing water in the bathtub to the holes in the wall, unpleasant."

We were told they have a bug exterminator come once a month, but I have my doubts. When it comes to maintenance, I think they are just cheap. "We have stayed at this hotel many times and always appreciate the friendly staff—Kelly, in particular, was especially helpful during our visit. The breakfast was okay, though it feels like the quality has slipped a bit compared to past stays. It’s also worth noting that this location hosts quite a few events, so be prepared for the hotel to feel a bit taken over on occasion. Our main issues were with the room comfort and maintenance. "Usually free breakfast is pretty bad, but this one was quite good. Mini omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit - plenty of choices and good quality. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear a lot of noise in the hotel itself or from the busy traffic outside."
