"The facility does NOT have an elevator so if you’re on the second floor I hope you packed light. My room was located at the rear of the hotel. Took five minutes to walk through the building with luggage to get to the room. The front staff, who acted as I was an inconvenience when I was checking in, could have told me that if I drove my car to the back that there was an entrance which was closer to my room. "Breakfast was good, the person worked very hard to keep everything stocked for breakfast. We thought it was strange that there wasn’t an oversized chair and ottoman in the room. Not very comfortable either sitting in the desk chair or the bed. "

"close to Geneva and St Charles for shopping. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. A lot to choose from with different options daily."

"It’s an ok place to stay for a night if you are in town for a function . Room was clean enough. Not much of a breakfast but coffee was good enough to give us a boost in the morning. "

"3 night stay. Under staffed. No happy our as it was closed friday and Saturday. Bed was so uncomfortable. I think it was broken. Need to update mattresses. The bright spot was the girl at the starbucks counter was so friendly and welcoming. We visited from NY on business 3/19 to 3/22 2026"

Pool was great for our Grandkids! A place for the younger and one for the older ones. We were all very impressed with the hotel! "

"One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in recent memory, and a fabulously deep soaking tub. Even though I booked last minute, check-in was friendly and effortless. A short walk from the parking garage to the building but the route is covered so would have been no problem if the weather was bad, Parking is secure/covered and included in your booking price. Just don’t forget which floor you parked on, or that the highest the garage elevator goes is 5. Plenty of food options onsite...
