"Breakfast left a lot of room for improvement- bagels toast English muffins and cold cereal, apples bananas and juice that’s it. Not even yogurt. Stingy with clean towels/ wash rags as well. All in all stay was adequate (8 days) but could’ve easily been better."

"Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. "

"Beautiful hotel, staff was amazing, loved the hotel room and offerings."

"My flight was cancelled at OHare. All flights were. So hotel demand was high. Rooms were marked up 3x over normal times, and most were sold out. I settled on this place. Nice clerk. Nice property grounds. Room: mattress good. Sheets good. Blanket and bedspread questionable. Bathroom awful - faucet 100 years old and crusted over, shower was a trickle but warm. Water tastes terrible. Shower drain mostly plugged.. AC ok. For one night, I've been in worse."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and always appreciate the friendly staff—Kelly, in particular, was especially helpful during our visit. The breakfast was okay, though it feels like the quality has slipped a bit compared to past stays. "The room was clean! The staff were always helpful and polite. The breakfast area was always cleaned and well maintained. Had good options for breakfast! The parking sometimes sucked but there was always additional parking in the rear, with rear hotel access with your room key. Nice indoor pool and spa"

"The one positive for us was the breakfast was decent and had a good variety. That being said, the pool was freezing and unusable, as well as the main doors to the pool wouldn’t unlock, you had to use a side door. They also had no guest laundry facilities."
