Hotel murah di Winfield

"Was very disappointed that there was no airport shuttle. Not sure where but I read somewhere that there was one and to just call the hotel on arrival. Nope...added $50 to my stay. "

"This was our second time at this hotel. Everything was great. Our toilet was leaking and maintenance was done on it in a timely manner. Staff was helpful. If I could recommend that they have a tv guide for guests so you don’t have to go through all the channels, which takes awhile, would be helpful. We also had trouble with our key card. We had to get new ones x 4. We would recommend this place to stay."

"When I arrived at the hotel to check in l, the staff informed me I had booked for the incorrect day. While I was standing at the front desk I told the person I would cancel that reservation and immediately rebooked to stay that evening. I was told to contact Expedia regarding a refund. I did contact Expedia, who contacted the hotel and they refused to refund me for the cancellation, even though I rebooked that same night. I’m extremely disappointed in the hotel management for their decision."

"i used to live in the West Suburbs of Chicago and am very familiar with this area which is why I chose this particular property thinking it would be a nice comfortable place to stay while home visiting my family. Unfortunately I cannot give more than 2 stars. I was very disappointed by how outdated this property was! Everything, furniture, bed, the bathroom, shower...old! I couldn't even charge my watch because there was no USB port. The staff was nice and friendly, the hallways and elevators...

"This property I would never go back to you. Smoking up by a false salon. Fire. 7:30 in the morning. We were told we could not have any towels. There was only two in the room for four people. The cleaning Lady would only clean after we left. When we asked her to clean our room. After the first day. She said no. There’s a big hole in the wall on the outside and on the inside. Very poor neighborhood. I would’ve rated a zero if I could."
