"I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again."

"Loved the hotel, we were there for one night, check in was extremely smooth, the room was very pretty – loved the complimentary sherry and fruit in the room, and we had a wonderful view of the sea. "We had a lovely couple of nights here whilst we explored the surrounding Stellenbosch area. We were travelling with our baby and nothing was too much trouble for the owners and staff - they had thoughtfully put a mosquito net over the cot they had set up for her and there was a high chair ready and set up every morning when we came down for breakfast - we really appreciated these touches.
