"Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out."

"Fantastic hotel at the edge of the resort. The staff were friendly and the food and drink excellent lots of choice and something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious the beds very comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. Animation team were great over over powering but suited all ages. Enjoyed the location with a shopping centre next door an a lovely walk into the centre of the resort along the coastal path takes around 15 minutes. Close to the airport taxi just 15 euros. Will...

"La estancia ha sido perfecta, lo único que se podria mejorar es la comida. El buffet era muy justo, con poca variedad de comida y muy repetitiva. Por otra parte, al ir en media pensión se tenia que pagar la bebida, cosa lógica, pero no se incluia ni el agua del grifo. Todo un sinsentido, ya que por todo el hotel habia maquinas de agua refrigerada gratis, pero en el buffet no podias usarla. "We stayed in the adults only section. Room was decent and although we had an air con issue on the first day, the maintenance team resolved it right away. Staff were always lovely and friendly happy to help. Laura and Naomi on reception were very helpful and accommodating and Chef/Ches in catering was funny and very good at his job, always very quick service. Plenty of sunbeds. Spa was okay, a bit small and sauna wasnt working. Had a treatment was okay but more light touch than deep tissue....
