"The front desk staff was somewhat inattentive, which affected the overall experience. They were friendly, but I had to wait a few minutes without acknowledgment while they set up the cleaning schedule, which made it clear they were preoccupied despite their professionalism. The breakfast options felt limited, with sugar-filled cereal, yogurt, waffles, and toast, which might leave health-conscious guests disappointed. Offering healthier choices could make future visitors feel more considered and satisfied. The rooms were immaculate! Your cleaning staff knows what they are doing. The amenities were adequate, but the in-room coffee service was disappointing due to poor coffee quality. However, I appreciated having tea available, which added a nice touch. Sheets and towels were fine, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again and be happy. One more note, while I was there, a fire alarm went off. It would have been nice to have the sleep interruption and inconvenience acknowledged, even though I know it was not their fault. No one from the staff spoke to us about what was going on at any time."
