"Staff was great. Our bathroom was filthy. Mold around the tub, toilet seat looked like it was refreshed by painting it. The floor hadn’t been swept. There was a pill on the floor in the bathroom. There was a great breakfast. And staff was attentive and friendly "

"My room was clean a bit sparse but adequate. Breakfast was very good. Very appreciated. Satisfying. Room was clean. I didn’t have or use house keeping. The bathroom , I’m not fond of the showers with the sloped shower floor. There is no grip on the slope at the curtain area. As a person with intermittent balance I find it slippery and dangerous. Especially as there is no way to mitigate the water all over the floor. I have to place towels to at least absorb the water before it is a problem. I...

"The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. They always provide superior hospitality and customer service… My husband and I love to book the hot tub suite and it’s always clean and comfortable. Overall this hotel is a little gem and one of my favorites. Definitely recommend this location if traveling to DIA as they provide free airport shuttle. Or if you’re just looking for a relaxing or romantic evening - book the hot tub suite. "
