"So it was the cheapest hotel in and around Glasgow so we booked it. It advertised check in from 1400 onwards, and didnt say there was a time you couldnt check in afterwards with that. We had a day out, train was due back into Glasgow at 2143, got back around 2200, got a train to Hamilton West, walked to hotel, got there around 11, and we saw it was locked with no way in. We then scoured the email that we got, only to see in the wall of text that max check in was 9pm, which in my opinion should...

"Expedia took full payment in Sep25. I arrived at hotel. Hotel had no record of the booking and stated it does not deal with Expedia as it scams people. Hotel offered no assistance. Hung up. Expedia is not contactable."
