"The hospitality of the front desk clerk was outstanding! I believe his name was Robert. I could be wrong, but he was very friendly, making a 6 hour trip well worth it. 10/10 will come back just to see his bright wonderful personality. He is definitely a value to the company! My room was clean, the only thing I could notice that needed some work, 1) the elevators sound very sketchy, we stayed on the 4th floor and once coming to a stop, the whole elevator would shutter, causing a loud disturbing...
