"The room was filthy! Dust everywhere, the floor needed vacuuming, the tile needed mopped, the shower needed cleaned, there was residual food on the dresser and cup mark on all the furniture. We went down stairs and very politely asked for our room to be be cleaned and the lady called the housekeeping lady (who was just sitting in the breakfast area, we could hear her) from her cell phone and walked away to talk to her so no telling what she said about us. When we returned the staff had changed and our room was never cleaned, it looked like someone swiped their hand over the top of the dresser and that was it. They ended up switching us to a different room (both staff members we dealt with acted very put out by our request to have our room cleaned or moved us to another room) but the cleanliness was still very lacking. It was just a very gross, run down version of the hotel we stayed at a few years ago that was very nice and very well maintained. I don’t know what happed but we will NEVER stay here again. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. The hotel and our room was for the most part clean but there was a foul odor coming from the restroom when we entered the room. It seem to be coming from the drain in the tub, but I'm not sure. We were only staying for one night, so we didn't bother to report it. The hotel was comfortable, quiet, the a/c & tv worked well, there was a frig. & microwave, plenty of parking and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. However, the carpet in our room and hallways and some of the ways could use some extra attention. The young lady taking care of the check-in desk AND breakfast the next day was delightful and prompt. She was always present at the desk and in the breakfast area. She did a great job and should be commended for handling both with a smile and great attitude. Overall, the stay was good especially for the price, and we would stay again. By the way, this was our 2nd stay at this hotel."

"Our stay was ok. When I originally made reservation, we thought we were staying at the hotel that is advertised on the website. But the room where we stayed was fine. "

"This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls and the bedding had red and brown stains on the sides . Overall , it was a fair stay. "

"Our weekend stay was good. The mattress was way too firm for our liking, didn't get our best nights sleep due to that. Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well, staff was friendly and welcoming."
