"I have stayed in this hotel during both the winter and summer seasons, and let me say that I would come back here every time I visit Fernie BC. The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly. Frederica (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was very helpful and very friendly. With a big smile on her face she told me all the summer activities that were happening during my stay. "Hotel was very nice and clean. We were there at the end of May/start of June so understandably it was the off season. So, limited options for food on the property. The pool was great and hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work. Overall we did love it there and will definitely be back to stay."
