"The room was too small and it made me claustrophobic. I did not realize the design was so compact and it was stressful to say in such a small confined space with hardly any room to move. I was not able to find any bathroom supplies in my room (swabs, etc). Overall, it wasn't too bad but I dont think I will be staying here again."

"Location is convenient. I was wondering is it only me having the problem with the size of the walk in shower. The washroom is big, but the walk in shower is comparative small for me and my kids. We are all under 130lbs! Design matters that much in Chicago but the shower design is totally out of mind!"

"The staff was so helpful and kind, the room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. They validate parking, making it free. The one thing I disliked was the bathroom door and the shower door. The bathroom door is a heavy sliding door that made lots of noise and woke my family when I was getting up in the night. "Had an excellent stay at the Gwen. Great location, very modern and clean, comfy bed, outdoor terrace was a plus. Cool vibe all around. Loved that the bathroom had a big tub separate from a walk in shower. It was very quiet at night. No complaints what so ever."
