In our room: dirty and stained furniture, broken lamps, broken safe, and water leaking into the room during a rain storm!! This is a budget hotel in a bad area with nothing around besides a convenience store approx. 50m away. "

"After checking into another hotel and finding it filthy (I wont be using OYO ever again) the predictable standards of a chain like Novotel were just what I needed. Veey good price with a pool and very clean. Not the greatest location. "

"Location is good, near Mangga Besar which has wide selection of Chinese food and local foods.Chinese food has gone up quite high in the recent years, I advise to go for local food. And best local food are the street food. Hotel room not as nice as potrayed. Room and facility look old but if you looking for room to crash for the night only then it's ok.cabinet door is broken and so is the door security latch."
