The Royal Kelowna
I love the location and rooftop pool/hot tub but the quality of the simple things like toilet paper that was so cheap it felt like sandpaper, cheap less than dollar store paper towel, and watered down dish soap was unappealing coupled with black mold in the shower.

The room was big and able to accommodate our group of 4 which was nice. The breakfast was good and had lots of options.
