"The concept is there, the place is massive.. however.. you need to get staff that appreciate your property. My bathroom was DISGUSTING. Their were hairs in the tub and it was grimy. The floor needed to be swept and felt dirty with bare feet. The shower chrtsun had green mimd in the Inside and I went to the front desk on my way to dinner my forst night to tell them. The girl said that they would take care of it. Well, they took the shower curtain that I took down and didn't replace it. I had to go to walmart across the street and buy one. I took one shower there. The pool by my building was out of control with no supervision .. there were groups of people smoking weed and drinking shots of hennessey cursing, kids running everywhere and it was just a disaster. I had a day trip planned to clearwater for one of my 5 nights but after the shower and pool incident , I drove to clearwater and stayed 2 nights there, then drove back and packed my stuff and went to lake buena vista to a holiday inn and stayed the remainder using points i had. Nothing was done, no compensation, no acknowledgement, nothing. I will never recommend this place to anyone or ever stay here again. Gross.. "

"The staff at registration are brazen; they constantly try to push things on you—even if you explicitly say you don't need anything, they keep making offers anyway. And they are constantly tacking on various additional charges."

"First room was extremely dirty. Floor stains and trash under the beds and couch. There was mold on the ac unit and it smelt like mildew. Second room, the wall electric plug ins were stripped with no covers and a major hazard. We couldn’t use our lights and fixed all but the one we really needed. And we had ants. The girl at the counter said they can’t get rid of them. Me and my son got bit up so bad. Disappointed "

"The property itself looked beautiful, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After checking in, I discovered the toilet in my room was not working. I reported it right away and was assured it would be fixed. Later, I was told the issue couldn’t be resolved and that I would be moved to another room. However, instead of being reassigned, I was handed a plunger and asked to handle the problem myself, which was completely inappropriate. When I requested a new room, I was told the hotel was fully booked and the only option offered was a refund. I had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay late at night, which was very stressful for my family. Overall, this was a very negative and unacceptable experience"
