"They gave away my room and put me in a smaller room. The floor was sticky, sheets were dirty, there were no blankets, the phone didn’t work and the safe didn’t work it took them 3 days and multiple trips to the desk to repair these issues. "We stayed for a weekend athletic event that was at Disney. This was a great location! We enjoyed the variety of dining options, pools, and I really enjoyed the fitness center. This would be a great location for family get aways. I loved that our room had laundry and a kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"we absolutely, loved our stay at orbit, it was clean and all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially the women working the front desk they were incredible, politely helping us numerous times get things we needed and the entire property was well cleaned and maintained all day, even the pool was sparkly clean and the heated water and jacuzzi was definitely a plus, we definitely will be staying there again next time we go to Orlando"

"The experience overall was pleasant plus the location was great. When we walked in the room it was incredibly moist and smelled bad. There were hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest. They picked up garbage, fixed the bed and towels every day but no other cleaning other than that. The fridge was tiny and barely cooled. Overall, the property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice as well with the exception of a lady working the night shift the Saturday we stayed."
