"The room was disgusting to the point that we left right after check in and didn’t even unload our car. Stains on the carpet. Smelled like cigarette smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. The were roaches and spiders everywhere. Mold on the lamp next to the bed. Shower was crusty and gross at the bottom like it had never been cleaned. Looked like a room that would have bed bug. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE "

"Room & breakfast were fine. No complaints. However one of my reasons for booking was the park shuttle. Which was very disappointing. Universal opened at 9-10am. The shuttle left at 745am meaning we had to sit and wait at the park for 1-2 hours. There was no other shuttle options. For Disney which opened at 9 and was only a 10 minute drive away the shuttle was at 845. After driving 20 minutes the shuttle passed by our hotel again, we then got dropped at Epcot. Had to get the skyline to another...

"It’s a beautiful resort a lot bigger than expected they have everything you need my daughter loved it and it’s not easy to win her over definitely coming back a weekend is not enough need more time only saw a quarter of the resort it’s that big."

"Dirty sticky floor, old sticky furniture, damp and musty sheets, no coffee, no kleenex, no hand towels. We were misled by Expedia ratings and comments. Very old delapidated inn with beautifully updated lobby which is the picture shown. Yes, It was under $100 dollars but I would have paid more if the ratings were truthful. "Usually we have always done westgate for our family stays. What I liked about aqua sol was the deluxe room was larger with full kitchen and balcony. What I didn’t like was it only has 3pools During our stay we heard a lot people complain that they kept telling people to get out the pool due to lightening in the area. "I have nothing bad to say about this resort. Us, including my kids can't wait to go back on our next trip to Florida. You have to treat it like an Air B&B, meaning that you'll need to have some supplies with you but honestly it was great because I didnt need to call or rely on someone bringing items we use everyday to us. We were able to just be and if we had a question, the response was almost immediate. They had stroller rentals and a Waterpark on site which we spent the day at. I can't say...
