Everything in the room was thoughtfully provided, from memory foam pillows to cotton pads in the bathroom—I was really impressed. "Breakfast or should I say lack of it was dreadful. The coffee machines were broken. No brown bread, short of staff, no poached eggs and no porridge. Only full fat yoghurts and couldn't get a coffee"
