Hotel murah di West Lancaster

"Ok place"

"The second floor is in need of washroom overhaul. I have stayed on the first floor before so I know the hotel is good, but the second floor washrooms were gross so now that I know that I might not book on expedia again so that I can make a request for the first floor. The best part of this hotel is the pool which is very well maintained and beautiful."

"First, the outside of the hotel needs some work on the ends where the little porch cover is broken off and leaning up against the door, the pulldown blinds that you can see from the windows were ripped. We went inside there was no person, to talk to. Its virtually which worked out fine. They wanted a card or cash to keep on file for incidentals. I wanted to go check the room first before I did that because of the way everything else was. The machine without a card we went to check the room and...

"Our room was very large but needs some upgrades. Toilet wobbled on the floor. Lamp shade was broken. AC/heat unit that wasn't working was filthy. There was no microwave in our room. There was a door to an adjoining room (possibly a maintenance room) with the lock on the other side. Breakfast was sufficient. Hot eggs, bacon & sausage. A Waffle maker. Bagels & Bread for toast. Muffins, Cereal and Yogurt."

"The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly."

"The hotel is under major construction and they were at one point laying concrete on our floor and tearing up carpets. There was no acknowledgment of this to us and it felt shady. "

"Property needs major updates and a thorough cleaning. Good location, but the room left a lot to be desired. Did not want to use the mini fridge or microwave due to condition. There are nicer places for the same price in neighboring towns."

"First night, okay. Second, third, etc neighbors jumping, bumping loud music most the night until I had to call the front desk two nights in a row. They have workers in and they’re top priority. Not us traveling peasants lol. If you wanna party, check in; if you want quiet go elsewhere"

"Check-in was stressful, they did not have the confirmation # and I had to call Expedia for more information. We had already paid online. April? the desy clerk was kind to help me through this. Was a pain though. Breakfast is same old, same old. Coffee cold, hot water Luke warm, bland offerings."
