"The staff at the Earl of Doncaster went above & beyond to make our event the best possible experience, the staff were happy & smiling all the time, nothing was too much trouble, Sarah especially kept on top of everything, making sure we were happy with everything and helped us make the best night possible for us & our guests, she is a credit to your company, 5☆ treament all the way...the room was outstanding, it was very clean, beautifully presented, the kingsize bed was so comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was gorgeous, generous and very tasty, we were treated like royalty, Diane on reception was a delight, i cant praise your staff enough, even the young lady serving our hot buffet food in very warm weather had a big smile for everyone, Mike was also on the ball, very helpfull, funny and accommodating, the 1 thing that we didnt like was, later in the evening as it was so warm, we sat outside finishing our drinks, The doors were closed without our knowledge, my new husband & I decided to go up to bed and on entering the front of the hotel he walked straight into the glass door not realising it had been closed, with no warning sticker to be seen it just looked like a clear entrance way. But overall an excellent plac to stay."
