"Great location, absolutely no external noise, wish they had done the same insulation inside, could hear everything going on the hallway but luckily it was quiet at night, mostly families in our floor. Bed was hard, pillows and bedding a bit cheap, definitely prefer premier in bed/bedding but have had worse beds so not a deal breaker. Room could do with a lick of paint. But the most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast, really did not like, again Premier Inn breakfast is miles away. Would stay again but would not buy breakfast and get breakfast somewhere else"

"The staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was large and the bathroom spacious with all the features we needed. The breakfast was outstanding and the bar is really beautiful. Only complaint is the carpet on the upper levels (including the rooms and hallways) seem worn and dirty."

"Check in was quick. The dining room was bright and airy with nice decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was good. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a good selection and displayed well. The bathroom in our room was big with adequate counter space. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was quiet. Great for sleeping"

"It was great stay. We did get a room upgrade, so my review is based on that. The roof top bar is great for plane spotting, but it’s on the expensive side for the brand. In comparison some of the rings were more expensive than the Shanghai-La at the Shard."
