"Like most people we just thought a one night stay was a necessity for an early morning flight. We were very pleasantly surprised to find such a clean hotel with friendly staff. We had a good dinner sat on the terrace watching the planes taking off and landing. The good weather probably helped but it turned out to be an enjoyable evening!"

"Venerable Heathrow hotel which does a fine job of turning round rooms quickly for tired passengers. Full facilities, including an excellent gym. Every one is switched on to getting guests in and out quickly. Comfy modernised rooms. My only quibble is that the shuttle to T5 was chargeable. In fact, for the same price on the bus, myself and my partner just took an Uber which made life that little bit easier."
